Exchange & Return Policy

At IN & OUT, customer satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a flexible exchange and return policy in accordance with applicable regulations.

Returns

You may return your product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The item received is different from what you ordered.

Exchanges

You may exchange your product within 7 days, provided that it is:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Returned with its original tags and packaging in good condition

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Products discounted by 30% or more
• Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse
• Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings

Shipping Costs

• If the issue is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect, IN & OUT will cover all shipping costs.
• If the exchange is requested for personal preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
